The 3rd Conference on “Bioethical Dilemmas” will take place in person from 16th to 18th October 2026 in Athens, at the historic Gennadius Library.
This scientific meeting is organized by the Laboratory of Bioethics and the Master’s Program in Bioethics of the School of Medicine at the Democritus University of Thrace.
The conference will address a wide range of timely and innovative topics that are currently shaping the scientific landscape. Among other subjects, discussions will focus on the application of artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, personalized medicine, and other contemporary issues that raise important bioethical concerns.
The participation of leading experts and distinguished scholars from Greece and abroad will contribute significantly to the scientific quality and academic excellence of the conference. In addition, an educational session will be dedicated to presentations of master’s theses by graduates of the Master’s Program in Bioethics.
